This was actually a post from last year and the contest took place in 7/09, but I have to wholeheartedly disagree with a few of your points.

Jason Arntz is one of the nicest guys in the sport and this was a total horeshit charge. Not sure how much you know about it, but the actual arrest took place back in 2007 in NJ following a probe of guys that Arntz was involved in. He was not the center of the investigation, but merely supplied a pill press to the co-defendant’s.

He pled guilty recently and received a suspended sentence. He has to stay out of trouble or will get sent to prison. He also has to pay a $1,000 fine and perform 150 hours of community service. The newspaper article said nothing about him having to submit to drug testing.

i dont mean to sound dis-respectful, but didnt Jason Arntz get busted and now has to be tested for drug use as part of his plea agreement?

let see what he looks like on creatine and BCAA. bwahahaha
