		<description>You make a good point here.  I think I used to care more about the number on the scale than anything and that was a HUGE mistake.  Now I take measurements to gauge my success.  And I have added more protein to my diet to try to maintain that anabolic state.  I get mine at http://bulkfoodsdirect.com.  They have a great whey protein product that is perfect for post workout, but any recommendations for a good casein product to take before bed?</description>
