2012 IFBB Desert Muscle Classic Results: Al Auguste, Karina Nacimento & Stacy Alexander Victorious thumbnail

In the second show on the 2012 IFBB pro schedule, three categories were well represented at the Desert Muscle Classic. In the 212, Al Auguste stood in the winner’s circle with Mark Dugdale (pictured) – who placed seventh at the recent FLEX Pro in the open class – was the runner-up. Milton Holloway, Jr. took third, while Rusty Jeffers placed fourth. Auguste also qualified for the Olympia 212 Showdown with the win.

In the bikini class, Stacy Alexander bested Narmin Assria (second) and Jennifer Chapman (third). Christina Vargas placed fourth, and Ashley Harbour (fifth) and Bernadett Matassa (sixth) rounded out the rest of the line-up.

Perhaps the most interesting part of the evening was the female physique category, where Karina Nacimento finished first, followed by Marlinea Echohawk and Jillian Reville. Dana Linn Bailey placed fourth, and she appeared to be the most muscular of the new division.
