OMG…WHAT BULLSHIT!!! People are always looking for the easy way with everything. Well get this in your heads – all calories or not equal; neither are all sources of carbs and protein. Each food has its own effect on the body, so this whole system is bullshit. It’s Weight Watchers; that’s all it is. Portion control, very bad for bodybuilding.
