Quick Fit Fix: 7-Day Tea and Nutrition Plan

Like when I was called and asked to model fitness body shots with popular and iconic Bodybuilder / Actor / Musician / Photographer David Paul and his awesome team. Wearing a string bikini. While outside. In the bright light of day under the sun.

Good times with good friends are exciting to look forward to but it can also add feelings of stress if our physique isn’t what we want to present or our clothes just don’t fit right because of… insert reason(s) here.

Now comes the realization we have to do something quick. That works. Count down from your date. Do you have seven days? Erase concerns about remaining ‘natural’ naturally using tea.

We can take notes from physique competitors and models both pro and amateur from around the world who all use different methods of fine-tuning their physiques before photo-shoots, stepping onstage, events and especially in ‘emergencies’. Many use with great success varieties of this tea plan to stay as natural as possible while bringing the very best body forward as possible – because it works!

The quick fit fix seven-day tea and nutrition plan is one of the fastest and most effective way to lose up to 10 pounds or more to tighten and tone your entire physique appearance dramatically if you are in a hurry. This happens mostly from the manipulation of sodium and water along with choosing anti-bloating nutrition.

After you see and feel a slimmer, more toned version of your emerging leaner self it will be easier and greatly encouraging to build better nutrition habits for your future fit goals. For optimum health, remember to supplement and add foods packed with potassium back into your daily program like bananas, avocados and oranges after the seven days.

*This is not a lifestyle nutrition program. Do not use for over seven days. Check with your doctor or nutritionist if you have questions on maintenance sodium levels.

2 Easy Tea mix recipes ~ make fresh daily or ahead of time and store.

Drink this tea in the AM until 4 PM.

Green Tea can be loose or bag form – use 1 bag or 1 tbsp. per cup.

Dandelion – use either the root or the leaves – use 1 bag or 1 tbsp. per cup.

Boil 4 – 5 cups water; add 4 -5 servings of each. That would be 10 total bags or 10 total tbsp. per pot. Turn off, cover and steep/steam 20 – 30 minutes.

Drink this tea after 4 PM until sleep.

Ginger can be bags or grated fresh – use 1 bag or 1 tbsp. per cup.

Lemon Grass can be bags or loose – use 1 bag or 1 tbsp. per cup.

Boil 4 – 5 cups water; add 4 -5 servings of each. That would be 10 total bags or 10 total tbsp. per pot. Turn off, cover and steep/steam 20 – 30 minutes.

Drink hot or cold. Make ahead of time in 2 batches to be prepared for success. Cool it down, transfer to a travel container and bring with you or refrigerate in batches.

Use – Days 1 – 7 – drink 4 – 5 cups of Green Tea and Dandelion mix until around 4 PM. The Green Tea will be active feeling so watch your energy level and sleep patterns. You may need to stop drinking this mix by 1 or 2 PM if sleep becomes difficult.

After 4 PM drink 4 – 5 cups of Ginger and Lemon Grass Tea mix.

Men – add a couple servings of ginseng to your AM tea mix for vitality.

Women – add a couple of servings of macca root to your AM tea to enhance overall wellbeing.BrendaBPcrop

7-Day Nutrition Plan

No Wheat, Dairy or Fruits.

No gaseous foods like: Onions, Peppers, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Broccoli,

Brussel Sprouts, Tomatoes or Beans.

No alcohol.

Limit supplement protein powders and bars.

No soy protein.

Eat real food whenever possible.

Oils-Fats  – as little as possible Olive, Hemp, Coconut

4 – 5 small meals a day.

Meals include 1 serving of lean protein. 1 serving of starch. Vegetable choice.

Snacks OK like Popcorn, Rice cakes, Nut butters and Veggie sticks – Celery, Zucchini and most Leafy greens.

Bonus vegetables include thistle foods asparagus and artichokes. They both have anti-bloating properties that act like a natural diuretic. Other great suggestions for this diet are cayenne pepper, fennel, garlic, parsley and coffee.

Day 1 – 3 – Salt food on purpose and use salty condiments like Soy Sauce, Dressings and Mustards that contain salt. Other liquid beverages are allowed at any amount.

Nutrition: Seafood, Shellfish, Fish, Canned foods and meats, Lean meats, Egg Whites, Nuts, non-gaseous Vegetables, Oats, Rice, Quinoa, Potatoes and Yams.

Day 4 – 7  Stop all salt and condiments.

Stop eating all Seafood, Canned foods, Egg whites – these are all high in sodium and the salt ‘flush’ starts now.

Stop all other liquid consumption other than 8 – 10 cups of tea.

Nutrition allowed: Lean meats, Nuts, non-gaseous Vegetables, Oats, Rice, Quinoa, Potatoes and Yams.

Glowing Skin and Nails 

Day 4 & 5 Exfoliate body with scrub paying special attention to elbows, knees, ankles, heels and toes. Moisturize.

Day 6 Epsom Salt bath – 15 – 20 min. soak. Moisturize. Manicure and pedicure are nice here.

Day 7 Body bronzer if desired. Moisturize.


If you are super-serious add 45 minutes of cardio training every day to burn fat and have heart health.

Walk, run, bike, swim or play a sport that is continuous in motion for 45 minutes.

Watch for cramping that can be a sign of lost minerals and or dehydration.

Replace and supplement with potassium and ph balanced water. Many athletes use pedialyte successfully for muscle cramps.

If you are on a weight-training program, keep it up on a low-level maintenance program. No heavy building for now. If you have not started a regular weight program, wait until after so you are not sore and recovering from say a heavy ‘leg day’ during your event.

Add more stretching and deep breathing to your training programs to prepare your body for suppleness and calm the mind.

Make sure you pay attention to your energy level and watch for any detox reactions. If you experience headaches add some plain water to your days, take aspirin if OK and practice breathing in and out using full breaths. Remember your gratitude and check any irritability by going within to regain focus on your own goal instead of someone else’s something else. You rule.

Consider documenting your own drastic before and after success shots using a camera. Wear a bathing suit and stand next to a plain background facing front, back and side. Have a friend take a shot of each or you can selfie with a mirror if talented. After 7 days of the Tea diet, put on the same suit and take the same shots. You won’t believe the difference just 7 days will make!

Use the tea diet at any time if you have slipped away from your ‘fighting weight’ to get back to a sexy, leaner look fast.

We all feel better showing up when we know we have done all of the fine-tuning needed and then some. Kick-start your future fit physique and jump ahead to a much better frame of mind and body using tea! It’s you at your best. Naturally!
