Fans arriving early to LFL arenas and stadiums on GameDays will take part in one of the country’s biggest tailgate festivities complete with Beer Gardens, Video Gaming Lounges, Football Challenges, LIVE Music/DJs, Face-Painting, Bar-B-Que Stations etc.

Gridiron fans not fortunate enough to land tickets to LFL, Friday Night Football this fall/winter will be able to watch the action in 1080i high-definition on KMYQ (MyNetwork Television) in Seattle, XHDTV (MyNetwork Television) in San Diego and WBFS (MyNetwork Television) in Miami. More LFL stations partners will be announced in the coming weeks. LFL’s partnership with MyNetwork Television affiliates will provide of viewers a high-energy night of programming which will include WWE and LFL football back-to-back on Friday nights.

LFL, Friday Night Football will also be available via LIVE and uncensored streaming at the league’s official website www.LFLUS.com giving fans all-day access via player handy-cams documenting player preparation, LIVE cams capturing pre-game Tailgate Villages festivities as well as LIVE halftime locker room cams showing the coaches speeches and player reaction.

P.J. initially started out in powerlifting and was successful, but decided that his ultimate goal was standing in the winner’s circle on the bodybuilding stage. At 22, he entered his first competition and placed fifth as a novice light heavyweight at the 2003 Atlantic States.

“I was the youngest in the class,” Braun wrote on his official website, www.pjbraun.com. “Success. This felt amazing and I was now addicted to the sport for life.”

Two top-three finishes in a row gave Braun the confidence that he needed to make the commitment to take it to the next step. He took off nearly two years to add some size to his frame and came back at 220 pounds for the 2006 Junior USA, where he finished what he described as a “controversial” fourth. A week later, Braun won the New England Bodybuilding Championships with a heavy heart. “Two days prior to the show, John Stavidris, one of my best friends, had passed away,” wrote Braun. “That winning moment was so surreal. It will live with me forever.”

Since then, Braun has finished 11th at the 2007 IFBB North American Championships and 9th at the same show a year later. He then was victorious at the 2008 NPC Atlantic City Amateur as the super-heavyweight and overall champion.

Braun is also one third of the famous Brat Pack along with Evan Centopani and Guy Cisternino. P.J. is the last one without a pro card, so he is keeping good company and on his way to joining his mates before too long.

This fall, the term Friday Night Lights will be redefined when the America’s most beautiful and athletic women hit the field on Friday nights as part of ‘LFL, Friday Night Football’ at major arenas and stadiums. LFL’s Opening Night on 9.04.09 at Chicago’s Sears Centre Arena will kickoff a (20) week season that will feature (1) game per week on Friday nights. Fans will have only (2) opportunities to catch their favorite team in their city. With only (2) home games, expect sell-out crowds and a playoff-like atmosphere at each game this fall.  

The LFL will deliver the ultimate fan experience being on-top of the action within a colossal Friday night party setting.
