This week on MuscleSport Radio, we will have on not one, but two young ladies with incredibly inspirational stories. During the first segment of the show, Amy Barnes will tell us how she was able to lose an amazing 340 pounds without any surgical intervention – just hard work.

In segment number two, we welcome Honnor Moore to the program. The Vancouver native has been able to overcome so much and hurdle a disability that would have taken anyone down. Her story is quite unique and inspiring, as well

Both will be competing at the 2009 FAME International Championships in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida the weekend of November 6.
