By Leigh Penman -

I have received several questions recently on the subject of Turanabol. It seems I was right when I said this drug has a strong ‘cult’ following! The most common question by far concerns the dosing procedure….

Q: I am currently using Turanabol (T-Bol) and would like to know the best way to take it. My current dose is 40mg/day. Should I take this all at the same time or split it up throughout the day?

A: Turanabol is very similar to Dianabol in terms of its half- life in the body (i.e. around 6 hours). With this in mind, and in order to maintain a steady level of the drug in the system, I would recommend that you space it out evenly throughout the day. This would mean taking 10mg every 3-4 hours.

Q: How long before I start feeling results from Turanabol and how long can I safely take it for?

A: Most people notice an almost immediate increase in vascularity with this drug. However, in terms of strength and weight gains, you will usually have to wait for two or three weeks for those to kick in. As far as how long you should use it for, the golden rule with oral compounds is no longer than 6-8 weeks. This helps you to avoid undue liver stress.

And now for something completely different….

Q: What is the difference between Viagra and Cialis? My source has both of them and I am not sure which one to go for?\

A: Cialis has a longer half-life in the body compared to Viagra, which leads to a longer duration of action. This is where Cialis picks up its nickname, ‘The Weekend Pill’. The molecular structure of Cialis differs significantly from Viagra and it does not cause the visual disturbances often associated with Viagra.

Cialis also has the added benefit of producing better muscle pumps while in the gym due to its stronger effect on nitric oxide production. There have also been reports that Cialis raises testosterone levels and it may do this by reducing estrogen levels. So, if you haven’t figured it out yet, my vote would be for Cialis.

Finally, a question on thyroid hormone supplementation…

Q: I recently read your review of ‘Cytomix’ and was concerned by the high amount of T3 it contains relative to T4. At 60mcg T3 per tablet I am a little worried that, as a first time user, this would be too high. Any help would be appreciated.

A: You are right on track with what I was thinking when I came across this product. My first thought was that either the manufacturer got the T3 – T4 ratio mixed up on the label or it was significantly under dosed. Either way, thyroid medication is not for the beginner and it is not something you want to mess around with. If you are used to taking high doses of T3 then this product should pose no problems. However, for anyone just experimenting and looking for a safe way to start, hold on for a week or so and I will be highlighting a compound with more favorable ratios. Oh, and for those who can’t wait that long, go to www.maximedicine.com I believe they are now listing their new T4/T3 mix product.

Clomid is not an anabolic steroid but a prescription drug dispensed to women as a fertility aid. It achieves this effect by stimulating ovulation, which is accomplished by blocking/minimizing the effects of estrogen in the body. It is this ability to block estrogen that leads to its use in post cycle therapy by bodybuilders.

Chemically speaking, Clomid is a synthetic estrogen with both agonist and antagonist properties. In certain target tissues it can block the ability of estrogen to bind with its corresponding receptor. By opposing the negative feedback of estrogens on the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis it enhances the release of Luteinizing Hormone (LH) and Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH). This action leads to a triggering of ovulation in women.

Now at this point you may be asking what on earth a substance like this could do for male athletes. Well, the fact is that in men elevations in FSH and LH actually cause an increase in natural testosterone production. When used at the end of a steroid cycle (when natural testosterone levels are depressed) Clomid can actually prevent the dramatic loss of strength and size often experienced. This loss of strength and size is due to the fact that when testosterone levels fall, cortisol becomes the dominant hormone. Cortisol induces a catabolic state in which muscle is broken down and therefore it is extremely important that we prevent it becoming a dominant force in our post cycle metabolism.

In the case of female athletes, Clomid is sometimes used near contest time to manage endogenous estrogen levels thus leading to a reduction in body fat in ‘problem areas’ (e.g. hips, thighs). However, since women are more sensitive to estrogen manipulation it is not recommended.

DOSAGE

Male users find that 50-100mg/day for a period of four to six weeks is enough to restore natural testosterone production. Some prefer to start with 100mg, and after about ten days, reduce the dose to 50mg. Either way it should normalize testosterone levels within two weeks and should not be used for more than 4-6 weeks.

For an immediate boost in testosterone levels Clomid is often combined with HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) for the first 2 weeks. The HCG helps to restore the normal ability of the testes to respond to endogenous LH. HCG should be used for no more than 2-3 weeks in this respect and then Clomid should be continued alone for the remainder of the period of use.

It is also important to point out that when using a post cycle therapy such as Clomid one must take into account the long active life some steroids have in the system. Therefore a period of 2-3 weeks should elapse after ending use of most injectable drugs before instigating Clomid use. This allows androgen levels to diminish to a point where the body is primed to restore natural testosterone production.

SIDE EFFECTS

Side effects can include hot flashes, nausea, dizziness, headaches and temporary blurred vision. These effects are usually more pronounced in females who use this drug.

IMPORTANT NOTE

There has been a question regarding the use of Clomid during a cycle in order to reduce the formation of excess estrogen – which can lead to gynecomastia.

However, although Clomid has reportedly been used in this manner its estrogen blocking effects are considered to be weaker than Nolvadex so, with this in mind, it is probably best reserved for post cycle use.

N.B. Both Clomid and HCG (along with other estrogen management products) can be obtained from www.maximedicine.com.

By Leigh Penman

Oral Turanabol is one of those substances that has gained what I would call a ‘quiet cult status’ amongst bodybuilders. It was first developed by scientists in East Germany for use by their Olympic athletes. The success achieved by those athletes is testament to its effectiveness. The fact that it was used extensively for enhancing sports performance also meant that it was subject to many trials with documented results proving very impressive.

So what does Turanabol have to offer that is so special?

Well it does provide good lean muscle gains and, although strength and muscle increases will not be as dramatic as with some other compounds, they will be less likely to be accompanied by water retention. This means that you are more likely to keep any gains made when coming off a cycle. In addition to this, Turanabol does not create estrogen related side effects (e.g. gynecomastia) although it is 17-alpha alkylated which means it can be toxic to the liver so it is wise to use some form of liver support when on a cycle (e.g. Silymarin, Dandelion, NAC).

Turanabol has been described as a derivative of Dianabol although it does have a much lower level of androgenic activity. Studies have revealed it to have anywhere from 0 – 6 in terms of androgenic effects and 53 for anabolic effects (based on a score of 100 each for testosterone). This means that it will not give you the bloated, puffy look often observed by those who use Dianabol. In fact, many users have compared it to Anavar in terms of results.

SIDE EFFECTS

Negative side effects are rare with this substance and are usually the result of using cycles that are either too long or too high in dosage. The aforementioned risk of liver toxicity and a lowering of the clotting ability of the blood are the only things to really look out for. It has also been implicated as regards the lowering of natural testosterone levels – but once again this is generally dose related. There have been reports of women suffering more adverse side effects than men when using this substance, however these reactions occurred in women who were taking almost double the amount taken by their male counterparts…so of course they would get more side effects!

DOSAGE

It has been recommended that men should take between 20-40mg every day and women 5-10mg/day. However, in real life terms male bodybuilders usually prefer an amount of 0.4mg per pound of bodyweight.
One of the many interesting things about Turanabol is its ability to reduce SHBG’s binding to other steroids, which leads to the freeing up of more testosterone in the body. For this reason many athletes find it a valuable accompaniment to any cycle – particularly those involving the use of testosterone. The fact that Turanabol is not associated with aromatization (i.e. conversion to estrogen) also adds to its attractiveness.

All in all, when you consider the fact that it produces little in the way of troublesome side effects (when used in reasonable dosages) and produces a high quality gain in muscle mass over time, Turanabol is definitely worth considering as part of an effective cycle. Even used on its own it will definitely produce a noticeable improvement in mass and strength. The gains will not be astounding but they will be more easily maintained since the improvements made on Turanabol are not an illusion created by water weight.

N.B. Turanabol is available as ‘T-Bolic 10’ from www.24hourmedstore.com. Incidentally, this site also has a very special discount opportunity available till February 28.

Proviron is the Schering brand name for the oral androgen mesterolone. It is a strong androgen, which is not capable of aromatizing into estrogen. It is also not progestenic.
In fact, Proviron is the closest thing we have to orally active Dihydrotestosterone (DHT).
Physicians normally prescribe this compound to treat various types of sexual dysfunction since it can usually reverse impotency and sexual disinterest. It can also increase sperm count although it does not actually stimulate testosterone production.

In bodybuilding circles, Proviron is used primarily as an anti-estrogen since it is believed to block the action of the aromatase enzyme (which is responsible for converting testosterone to estrogen). For this reason it is a popular pre-contest drug since it assists in hardening up the physique.

Whilst Proviron is considered too weak for muscle building purposes it may actually boost the anabolic effect of other substances when it is added to a standard cycle. This is due to the fact that it binds to Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG), which is the transport hormone responsible for reducing the amount of free testosterone in your body. In addition to this, Proviron also binds to the Anabolic Receptor more effectively than any other oral steroid. So, not only does Proviron reduce levels of circulating estrogen, it can possibly make other steroids more effective through its ability to inhibit the actions of SHBG. It is also worth pointing out that even at levels of 100-150mg/day it has no depressing effect on low to normal FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) and LH (Luteinizing Hormone) levels. In fact it has been suggested that it may even raise LH, which can in turn lead to a rise in testosterone levels.

DOSAGE

The typical dosage for men is one to four 25mg tablets per day. This is considered to be a sufficient amount to avoid the occurrence of gynecomastia. It may also be combined with Nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate) or Clomid (clomiphene citrate) when substances with high estrogenic conversion rates are being taken (e.g. Dianabol, Testosterone). In this instance, taking 50mg of Proviron along with 20mg Nolvadex per day has been proven effective.

In the case of women considering using Proviron it has to be noted that it does have an extremely high androgen content. With this in mind care should be taken when it comes to assessing dosages. Women usually find 25mg per day is enough to effectively shift the androgen/estrogen level, which can have a significant impact on the physique. Also, in order to avoid virilization symptoms (e.g. voice deepening, menstrual irregularities, skin texture changes, clitoral enlargement) use should be limited to a period of four or five weeks.

Once again, a combination of 25mg Proviron and 10-20mg Nolvadex can be very efficient when it comes to muscle hardening and ridding the body of extra body fat on hips and thighs.

SAFETY ISSUES

The risk of liver toxicity with this compound is generally not an issue since Proviron is not a c17 alpha alkylated compound (the alteration responsible for liver toxicity in commonly used anabolics). It is therefore considered to be a ‘safe’ oral.

However, that does not mean that is comes without side effects. In the case of male athletes using this drug in amounts above 100mg a day side effects connected with an excessively high androgen level can present themselves. These include oily skin, acne, body/facial hair growth, and male pattern baldness. Extreme heightening of the male libido is also likely.

As previously mentioned, women should be careful when using this substance and stick to 25mg a day for short periods of time to avoid virilization symptoms.

In addition, since Proviron is a very effective ‘drying agent’ it can also have a significant impact on the condition of your hair and skin. It is therefore recommended that an essential fatty acid supplement be used with this product, which supplies the omega 3 fats necessary to maintain healthy skin and hair. Also, as a DHT derivative thinning hair may be a problem in susceptible individuals. In this instance some have found the use of Nizoral shampoo to be of assistance.

This is part of a continuing series provided exclusively by MuscleSport Mag giving information on a variety of performance-enhancing drugs for educational purposes. While it is apparent that people are going to use these substances regardless of the health and legal risks involved, quality information is necessary and learning as much about them as possible can only assist an adult making a decision either way.

Testosterone Propionate is the shortest estered, fastest acting form of testosterone currently available. Levels generally peak after 24-36 hours, however they soon begin to taper thereafter and the steroid itself only has a 2-3day life span. This can be a good thing for those susceptible to the side effects caused by longer acting testosterones (e.g. enthanate, cypionate, Sustanon 250) with Propionate causing less water retention and the user experiencing an increase in energy, a better muscle pump and an increase in strength and appetite after only one or two days.

The downside of Propionate is that, due to its composition, it requires more frequent injections in order to keep blood levels stable (this usually involves administration every second day). This can be troublesome since the Propionate ester can be very irritating at the injection site with sensitive individuals experiencing pain and swelling accompanied by a low-grade fever that may last for a few days.

Although still regarded as a controversial subject (and usually ‘forbidden territory’) the use of testosterone compounds by female athletes does exist at top competitive levels and the drug of choice is usually Testosterone Propionate. This is due to the fact that, when applied properly, androgenic side effects are more easily avoided. With this in mind, women who choose to use this form of testosterone usually administer it every 5 –7 days and experience better workout recovery and muscle growth with a minimum of androgenic related problems. In this case the dosage is usually 25-50mg per injection and the duration of use kept to 8-10 weeks. This is usually supplemented by adding a mild anabolic such as Primobolan or Anavar in order to increase protein synthesis.

For men daily injections of 50mg are often used and, as long as the pain and swelling at the injection site which often results from Propionate use, is not too troublesome the usual side effects triggered by testosterone use are less frequent. However, it is still testosterone and, for those with sensitive metabolisms side effects may still be evident and include acne, accelerated hair loss, possible water retention and gynecomastia. These effects are not as common as with other long acting testosterones though and most athletes find that the frequency of injections is the only real hassle with Propionate use.

‘FRONT LOADING’ WITH PROPIONATE

One technique often used with Testosterone Propionate is ‘front-loading’ where the rapid onset of action is used to trigger quick gains in strength and weight while waiting for a longer acting drug to take effect. One example of this would be to combine Testosterone Propionate with Testosterone Enanthate. The enanthate would be administered at 250mg and the propionate at 50mg at the beginning of a cycle then, after the effect of the propionate decreases (2 days) another 50mg shot is injected. By the time the effect of the second shot diminishes (another 2 days) the Enanthate kicks in and no further propionate would be necessary. This would lead to a longer and sustained level of testosterone in the body. Some athletes do prefer to take Propionate throughout their entire cycle, injecting 50-100mg every day or every second day. This may reduce the likelihood of water retention during a mass building cycle but, once again it has to be weighed up against the pain and swelling at the injection site caused by Propionate use.

Species Nutrition aim to create products that contain only the highest quality ingredients and present them in specific formulas that have real science and research behind them. You are not going to find complex diagrams, graphs and futuristic explosions of plasma illustrating their effectiveness. Facts not fantasy are what the rapidly growing (no pun intended) range of Species products depend on to illustrate their effectiveness. Founded by two of bodybuilding’s greatest minds (and bodies) Dave Palumbo and Colette Nelson you can bet that Species Nutrition is one company you are going to be hearing a lot more of in the future. One of their best selling products is currently the aromataze inhibiter/testosterone booster, ‘Testolyze’. So what better way to begin this look at the Species product range than by grabbing a bottle and putting it under the supplement microscope?

TESTOLYZE

Testolyze separates itself from the proliferation of anti-estrogen/testosterone boosting supplements on the market by virtue of the attention to detail given to its formula. It contains the ever-popular 6-OXO which is known to effectively increase testosterone levels by blocking the action of the aromataze enzyme. The aromataze enzyme is the primary enzyme involved in the conversion of testosterone to estrogen. As all bodybuilders know, too much estrogen leads not only to water retention and fat deposition but can also trigger gynecomastia and the possible shutdown of natural testosterone production. The traditional cure for this situation has been to use estrogen receptor antagonists such as Nolvadex or Clomid which act like pigeons in the nest of estrogen receptor sites (i.e. they step in and take over the site leaving estrogen homeless). In recent years aromataze inhibiting drugs such as Arimadex and Proviron have also become popular. These drugs simply act to eliminate estrogen altogether which, in theory, sounds great but in practice can spell disaster for the hard training athlete.

This is due to the fact that the body needs a certain amount of estrogen to be present in order to facilitate muscle gains, maintain healthy cholesterol levels and prevent libido going down the lane of lost souls. Add to this the fact that Proviron is the closest thing to orally active DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) – the main culprit in male pattern baldness – and you do not have a pretty picture.

So where does a product like TESTOLYZE fit into the picture? Well, Testolyze is spearheading a new generation of aromataze blockers. The unique formula combines 6OXO (a clinically tested and proven aromataze blocker) with the herb Saw Palmetto.
Saw Palmetto has been used for many years as a natural inhibitor of the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase. This enzyme converts testosterone to DHT and an excess of DHT in hair tissue leads to hair thinning in men and women. It has also been linked to prostate enlargement in men.

Put simply, what this means is that Testolyze facilitates the growth of muscle tissue via the creation of the perfect hormonal climate within the body. It eliminates excess estrogen without annihilating it completely and prevents the build-up of DHT and all the nasty side effects it presents. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out how valuable this scenario is to the athlete!

TEST DRIVE ‘TESTOLYZE’

Testolyze certainly leads the pack of over-the-counter testosterone enhancing anti-aromataze products currently on the market. You can try it out for yourself by checking out the Species range of products elsewhere on this site. You can also pay a visit to www.speciesnutrition.com where you can see not only this product but also a whole range of supplements, clothing, news and information from the team at Species Nutrition. Meanwhile, watch this space for more product reviews from the home of evolutionary nutrition.

Testosterone Enanthate is an oil based injectable steroid, which is designed to slowly release testosterone from the injection site. This slow release delivery leads to an elevation in testosterone levels lasting for approximately two weeks (it may even take as long as three weeks for the drug levels to fully diminish). Due to its relatively long activity level, Testosterone Enanthate is favored by the medical profession and is primarily used to treat cases of hypogonadism and similar disorders where low androgen levels are at fault.
As with all testosterone products it has strong anabolic and androgenic activity. Gains in strength and muscle mass are notable, along with an increase in libido. It has also been noted that a relief in tendon pain and an increase in stamina are direct effects of testosterone administration. This is probably due to increased water retention coupled with an increase in red blood cells – leading to a greater oxygen uptake in the blood.

On the downside, all the usual androgenic side effects can be expected e.g. oily skin, acne, aggressiveness, facial/body hair growth and male pattern baldness. In addition, testestosterone does have a high tendency to convert into estrogen (related side effects being water retention, storage of excess body fat and possible gynecomastia (the development of breast like tissue in males). This can be greatly reduced by adding a drug such as Nolvadex (or, if your budget can stretch to it, the superior Arimidex). However, the use of anti-estrogens during a cycle of testosterone is thought by some to reduce the anabolic effects of the drug, so you may wish to see whether their use is absolutely necessary before using them. You may also choose to add them towards the end of your cycle rather than throwing them into the mix early and risking slightly lower gains.
If you do begin to experience a little puffines in the nipple area, swelling or soreness you should act immediately to treat it by either adding an anti-estrogen or switching to another compound as your main drug.

Although this drug does have a long active life, most athletes choose to inject it on a weekly basis with the dosage ranging from 250mg- 750mg. This is done in an attempt to keep drug levels at a more uniform level throughout the cycle. Just remember, the higher the dose the more likely estrogenic side effects are to develop – so start out low to asses your tolerance.

STACKING TIPS: Those looking for greater bulk could add an oral like Anadrol 50 or Dianabol.

For more quality and definition an injectable like DecaDurabolin or Equipoise may be a better way to go. In this case you can lower the intake of Enanthate in order to keep estrogen build up to a minimum.

USER FEEDBACK: Those who have used this drug find it produces significant weight and strength gains with side effects well within the tolerable range provided dosages are kept at acceptable levels. Greater stamina and an overall feeling of well being have also been widely reported.

(Testosterone blend: 30mg Testosterone Propionate, 60mg Testosterone Phenylpropionate, 60mg Testosterone Isocaproate, 100mg Testosterone Decanoate)

Sustanon 250 is an oil based injectable testosterone blend. Its popularity lies in the fact that it presents the user with a blend of four different testosterone esters: Propionate, Phenylpropionate, Isocaproate and Decanoate. This allows for a fast yet sustained release of testosterone which stays active in the system for around three weeks.

The Propionate and Phenylpropionate esters are the first to be released in the system and take effect within the first four days, whilst the Isocaproate and Decanoate remain active for two to three weeks respectively. This supplies the user with the obvious advantage of more sustained testosterone levels throughout its active life – unlike the shorter activity of other testosterone products. However, despite this fact, some athletes choose to inject Sustenon at a dose of 250mg every seven to ten days. As with all drugs, higher doses have been reported with some using 750-1000mg/week but this is not advisable since side effects are likely to increase hand in hand with dosage.

Talking of side effects, you can expect all the usual testosterone related ‘suspects’ to manifest e.g. oily skin, body/facial hair growth, premature balding and elevated estrogen levels which can also produce noticeable water retention. However, due to its slow and sustained release, Sustanon 250 does seem to aromatize (convert to estrogen) at a lower rate than other testosterones. There are always going to be some individuals who are more susceptible to estrogen conversion than others and therefore the addition of an anti-estrogen such as Nolvadex may be necessary.

Sustenon will also suppress natural testosterone production so it may also be necessary to add HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) and/or Clomid (Clomiphene Citrate) at the conclusion of your cycle in order to avoid a hormonal crash. Keep in mind the fact that Sustenon will remain active in the body for up to a month after your last injection, therefore HCG or Clomid use should be delayed by two or three weeks until your blood androgen levels begin to display a significant decline.

STACKING TIPS: Athletes whose focus is gaining size and strength should find that adding orals such as Anadrol 50 or Dianabol produces the desired result.
Meanwhile, those seeking a harder, more defined, look should look to Trenbolone or Winstrol as a supplementary drug.

Nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate) is probably the most popular ancillary drug for male steroid users who wish to avoid the estrogen like effects caused by the use of anabolic steroids (e.g. gynecomastia). Nolvadex binds to estrogen receptors thus blocking the hormones action on target tissues and achieving an anti-estrogenic effect.

Also worth noting is the fact that Nolvadex is an estrogen agonist in the liver and is capable of mimicking estrogen in this organ. At first glance you may wonder why this could be considered a good thing, however, when you realize that estrogen positively effects HDL (good) cholesterol values in the liver its value in this instance becomes obvious. As you know, steroid use tends to suppress HDL levels and raise LDL levels significantly leading to increased cholesterol levels and cardiac risk. Adding Nolvadex may therefore form a protective function in this case, although it certainly does not save the liver from all the other hazards involved with the use of c-17 alpha alkylated orals.

Nolvadex also has the ability to increase production of FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) and LH (luteinizing hormone) in the male body. A higher level of LH stimulates the Leydig cells in the testes to produce more testosterone therefore Nolvadex can actually have a positive influence on testosterone levels. This is particularly important when ending a cycle of steroid use, since most anabolic/androgenic steroids significantly reduce the production of natural testosterone. Adding Nolvadex can assist in returning testosterone levels to normal levels in most cases however, following longer cycles of stronger drugs the addition of HCG (a hormone which mimics LH) may be required to kick start the testes into action.

This needs to be done with care though since HCG also enhances the rate of aromatization in the testes (i.e. the conversion of testosterone to estrogen) and, in order to avoid unwanted side effects, anti- estrogens should not be discontinued until at least a couple of weeks after ceasing the use of HCG.

DOSAGE

Men should typically take 10 to 30mg/day depending on the amount of steroid used and the length of cycle. Starting at a low dosage and working up is recommended in order to avoid taking more than is necessary.

Women should air caution when using Nolvadex since they are more susceptible to side effects caused by reduced estrogen levels (i.e. hot flashes, menstrual irregularities and complications involving the reproductive system). With this in mind, anti-estrogens are more tolerable for women after the point of menopause. Many top-level competitors still favor its use prior to competition in order to reduce body fat levels in hips and thighs and prevent fluid retention (All influenced by estrogen levels). In this case it would be wise to stick to a low dose (10mg/day) and to carefully monitor effects.

WHEN TO BEGIN USE

The time to bring Nolvadex into your cycle depends on individual sensitivity to estrogens and the strength of anabolics being used. An athlete who is very sensitive to estrogen may need to begin its use soon after commencing a cycle (particularly where stronger drugs are going to be used). If estrogen is likely to be less of an issue, Nolvadex should be taken towards the end of a cycle and continued for some weeks after – when testosterone levels are deemed to be back to a normal level.

It is also worth noting that there have been reports of Nolvadex use actually inhibiting the gains made during a steroid cycle. This is because some estrogen is considered to be important when it comes to increasing the uptake and action of anabolics. With this in mind and, as mentioned earlier, it is wise to start on the low side with Nolvadex use and monitor the effects.

Individual sensitivity to estrogen is variable and may be influenced by factors such as age and body fat percentage (adipose tissue being a virtual factory for estrogen production). Many people have little trouble with excess estrogen – even when using the strongest drugs – whilst others find their estrogen levels rise just at the mere sight of a Dianabol tablet!
So monitor yourself and administer according to your needs.
