The “Mad Dog” Era Begins on Sirius XM Satellite Radio

Chris Russo Launches Solo Gig on September 4 at ESPN Zone, NYC
You can never have enough sports talk radio stations. Add one more starting Thursday when “Mad Dog Radio” becomes a part of both Sirius (channel 123) and XM (channel 144) on satellite radio.
Chris Russo kicks off with a special five-hour preview of his new nationwide talk show live from the ESPN Zone in Times Square from 2:00 to 7:00 pm.
His former partner, Mike Francesa, is still with WFAN in New York and airs every weekday from 1:00 to 6:30 pm.
The live show will be opne to the public and feature special guests such as NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and John Madden of NBC.
Russo’s show will begin regularly on September 15 from the Sirius New York studios weekdays from 2:00 to 7:00 pm.
