Muscle Sport Magazine

As always, it is my intention to feature only the best products when it comes to energy enhancing/fat burning products. Believe me, I test them thoroughly before I recommend them. This is the very reason you will not see products like ‘Meltdown’, ‘Cytolean’ or ‘Redline’ in my reviews. My aim is to assist you in feeling energized and focused not nauseated and demobilized.

With that in mind I am very excited to tell you about a brand new product from DND labs called:

First of all, here are the ingredients as listed on the product label. In each 2 capsule serving you will find the following: –

Pantothenic Acid (B5) – 40mg
Bitter Orange (Standardized for 5mg synephrine) – 85mg
Ma Haung (Standardized for 20mg ephedrine) – 335mg
Guarana Extract (Standardized for 200mg caffeine)- 910mg
White Willow Bark (Standardized for 15mg salicin) – 105mg
Ginger Root – 50mg
Proprietary/ ULTRA-LEAN Blend – 225mg
*L-Tyrosine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Fisetin, Magnesium Phosphate, DMAE (2-dimethylamino-ethanol)

As you can see, this product is designed to provide you with a steady flow of energy whilst also greatly enhancing mental focus. It also contains ingredients to support adrenal and thyroid function (Pantothenic Acid and L-Tyrosine respectively). Even the greatest designs can sometimes have functional flaws though – as witnessed in some of the currently available over-the counter products.

Does ULTRA-LEAN suffer this fate?

The answer is a resounding NO!

Even when taking slightly over the recommended dose (3 caps) I suffered no nausea or anxiety. DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME though…I was just testing it out.

I think the secret here is that the formula does not rely too highly on caffeine derivatives. Using Guarana (although it contains about twice the caffeine found in coffee beans) seems to exert a slower, steadier stimulant effect than straight caffeine. Maybe it is just me, but there is something about supplements that depend heavily on caffeine that really turns my stomach and, what is the point in having extra energy if you feel too sick to use it!

I do not experience this problem with ephedra or ephedrine products.

The great thing about this product (apart from the fact that it has no debilitating side effects) is that it actually provides you with nutrients that support optimal mental and physical functioning as well as giving you a great thermogenic and stimulating boost. The nutrients in question being DMAE (which improves cognitive functioning), Acetyl-L-Carnitine and, the previously mentioned, Pantothenic Acid and L-Tyrosine.

All in all, I highly recommend this product and can find no flaws in its design or performance. If I were to give it a star rating (5 being the highest) it would surely receive a resounding *****!

Whilst residing in the UK, she earned the reputation of being one of the top female writers in bodybuilding-related media. Her credits included being a contributing editor on all the magazines in production as well as filling the shoes of Ladies Editor and Showbiz Editor on two publications (the later being on Arnold’s sanctioned magazine, ‘Bodypower’). During this time she also competed successfully on four occasions (placing in the top four in all contests).

Relocating to New York in the late 1990s she focused her writing attention to crystal healing techniques and metaphysics – however, she still maintained a five day workout schedule during this time and gained her personal training certificate.

Having also studied pharmacology in relation to sports performance, her writing began taking her in that direction until the present day which sees her embarking on a return to the magazine world, as well as extending her web-related work in the bodybuilding and fitness field.

Leigh has been working out for close to thirty years so she is clearly a writer who ‘walks her talk.’
