The Baseball Diet

Why make resolutions again this year that just won’t stick? Everyone knows that regaining a healthy lifestyle will improve overall health, energy and appearance. Then why is there struggle each year with the same diet and exercise difficulties? The Baseball Diet has just hit the market with a program that is easy, fun, and competitive and doesn’t take 6 months to show results. The program has been designed around 9 weeks or “innings” and will help users get in shape with a diet that is easy to learn and understand and is built around the game.

By including the competitive nature and popularity of fantasy sports and reality challenges, this program has created a way that anyone can compete against friends, family and coworkers. It keeps participants excited and motivated while teaching them eating and exercise habits that will last.

When Lou Piniella came across The Baseball Diet he wasn’t a big fan of diets in general, but now says, “With formulated meal plans and exercises, the major contribution of The Baseball Diet is that we don’t have to count every single calorie. We can simply play the game, run the bases, and enjoy living our lives. The more simple and realistic a diet is, the more likely that you will form new habits.” That is what most previous workout and diet programs lack, a lifestyle that anyone can stick with and can be constructed around everyday life. The Baseball Diet can be adopted by anyone, in any lifestyle.Lou Pinella Yankees

“It is one thing to ask people to change their lives because you say so, but it is entirely different to help people change their lives because you have done it yourself.” This is the guiding vision of Dr. Wilfred Aguila, M.D., the Creator, and a participator, of the Baseball Diet. Dr. Aguila battled with his own weight issues; like binge eating; that led him to do extensive research on dieting methods. He discovered that, in short, if the diet was linked to a popular competitive sport that many people enjoyed, they could diet and have fun doing it. When’s the last time someone spoke about a diet program that’s actually fun? And the best part is “it works.” As Dr. A. details in his first publication “Why I Don’t Lose Weight “; he lost 70 pounds and has kept that off his waistline for twelve years.

Starting this week in the beginning of 2015, The Baseball Diet is now available to the public at TryTheBaseballDiet.com . The Baseball Diet uses easy to find ingredients found at any grocery store – real foods, for real people. The Baseball Diet is not restrictive and allows enjoyment of all types of foods, even chocolate. The Baseball Diet is the game plan to achieve the major league body everyone always wanted. When combining a diet plan and an exercise plan, it creates the best possible path towards good health. This combo is so essential and beneficial that the American Heart Association and the American Diabetes Association recommend combined diet and fitness as the primary disease prevention and management tool. This will be a great addition to anyone who has created their new year’s resolutions and wants to keep them this year. Live a healthy lifestyle that will help anyone look good and feel great. “It’s your time to step up to the plate.”
