Bodybuilding is supposed to be a solo sport but all you see nowadays is these teams popping up all over the place and the entire concept is a fuckin’ joke! They even have team meetings where they all get together. Needless to say, this is not something that I would ever get involved in.
Then you have these coaches like George Farah and Fakari Mubarak who charge you crazy money and have so many clients that there’s no way that they can give all of them enough time and pay attention to what needs to be done for each.
