I am a health professional paving the way for others who struggle with insecurity to ‘find their shine’ by helping them to develop a positive mindset, healthy relationship with food, and an active lifestyle. My ultimate mission in life is to be a positive role model in the fitness community, leading by example. I want young girls to aspire to be strong, healthy, independent women, and I want older women to know it’s not too late. What differentiates me from other fitness leaders in the industry is that I’m not just telling people to do this; I’m in the grind with them.

I started my journey as a single mom at 18 (in 1991) just trying to get by. Today, I am a leader in the Phoenix/Scottsdale fitness community with an undefeated 2017 competition year as a natural athlete drug tested with WADA standards, including nine Bikini and Sports Model Pro titles. I want to thank Mix It Up Sports and Muscle Sport Magazine for the opportunity for me to tell girls and women of all ages that you can accomplish anything, it starts with a decision. If your vision is bigger than outside distractions, nothing can get in your way.

I began my competitive journey at a frail 99 pounds and now showcase a healthy physique at a stage weight of 118 pounds. Along with my undefeated competition year, I hold the International Pro Bikini and Pro Sports Model in both Open and Masters 40+ divisions. I am a three time cover girl for Natural Bikini Magazine and have been featured in magazines internationally. I hold multiple Pro Cards in several different natural drug tested organizations.

I am very involved in the community by running FREE exercise classes every day of the week, and an annual Turkey Trot at my Nutrition Club. I donate annually to Maggie’s Place (women’s shelter) and participate in clothing exchanges to offer clothing to the community. I am a mentor for New Pathways for Youth, a youth at risk program and have been matched with an amazing young lady now twelve years old. I teach her to find self love through positive affirmations, respect, healthy relationship with food as well as healthy relationships. I provide a positive environment where she can learn to accomplish goals and achieve anything she desires.

I am a serial entrepreneur! I started a nail technician business and grew my three operator salon to a ten operator full service salon over seventeen years ago. I also own and operate a spray tanning business which is the IPL West Coast Sponsors, and a Nutrition Club that serves over one hundred people daily and provides a positive safe environment for people to enjoy a healthy meal and get in a free workout. I have a clothing line “Tawnya Cline Collection” which includes athletic shorts, leggings, and sports bras.

My passion has led me to coach thousands of people all over the world, including hundreds of competitors. My Team “Smoothies and Blenderz” currently has over two hundred pros in different divisions. I am honestly beyond grateful to have accomplished so much through my journey and appreciate everyone who plays a part. I am looking forward to what comes next!
