Arian Foster & mSm Build NFL Boycott Bridge

THE CASES HAVE BECOME THE TALKING POINTS

Foster is either misinformed or making an attempt at avoiding the most obvious issues here and we replied that in many of the cases, there is either first-hand accounts and/or video, as well as forensic science evidence. “Multiple autopsies [proved] that the entire “hands up, don’t shoot” narrative was false and much of the subsequent fallout that led to many deaths was misguided,” we said, further inquiring of Foster that perhaps we should begin our discussion with one case “the Ferguson one mentioned above) and see where it goes.

“I’ve read what you wrote (in our article) and your bias bends to the side of the police being justified, as I’m sure my bias leans towards the other spectrum,” Foster admitted. “You’re an ex-cop; I’m a black man that grew up fearing police. We disagree. Going through a case-by-case scenario is, as I said, pointless because the issue is far bigger than these politicized instances, which was detailed in (Kaepernick’s) words from the onset of his protest.”

Next, Foster sent us a link to the Department of Justice’s report on the investigation into the Baltimore Police Department that found that, in addition to other violations, was guilty of “making unconstitutional stops, searches and arrests and using enforcement strategies that produce severe and unjustified disparities in the rates of stops, searches and arrests of African-Americans.”

He added that “institutional racism exists and the bias is what people are fighting for, as well as the shootings you named.”
