Learn How to Properly Lift During the SFL Barbell Certification Event

If you’ve been a gym-goer for years and years, it might be time to take your hobby to the next level. Do you give a spot to anyone who asks? Gently correct people’s form in the squat rack? Come up with new workout routines for everyone in the weight room?

 

If you answered yes to some of those, then it’s time to get certified! It’s one thing to have some skill in the “game of iron,” personally, but getting certified means you can give some guidance to others. If that sounds good to you, and you’d like to make some extra money or even a career, then coaching the barbell to individuals or group classes is right down your alley!

 

Things you may want to ask yourself before deciding if it’s right to sign up for a certification seminar:
