United Football League Announces Week 3 Players of the Week
The United Football League has announced its Week 3 Players of the Week, recognizing standout performances from wide receiver Hakeem Butler, linebacker Derick Roberson, and running back/kick returner Jaden Shirden.

Hakeem Butler Powers Battlehawks Comeback Win
Wide receiver Hakeem Butler delivered a breakout performance, recording four receptions for 146 yards, including a 64-yard touchdown to help lift the Battlehawks to a 34–30 victory over the Birmingham Stallions.
Butler’s big-play ability proved to be the difference in one of the most exciting games of the week.
Derick Roberson Dominates on Defense for DC
Linebacker Derick Roberson led a dominant defensive effort for the DC Defenders, finishing with five tackles, two sacks, and two tackles for loss.
His performance helped limit the Houston Gamblers to just 214 total yards in a commanding 45–7 win.
Jaden Shirden Leads UFL in Return Yards
Louisville Kings running back and return specialist Jaden Shirden continues to shine on special teams, leading the UFL with 372 return yards.
In Week 3, Shirden recorded 162 return yards on five returns, providing a spark despite Louisville’s 29–27 sudden-death loss to Orlando.
