ASC New York Hosts New Haven United FC on Macron Night, Debuts New Legion Kit
American Soccer Club New York returns to action on Saturday, June 6, when the Fighting Tomcats host New Haven United FC in a key National Premier Soccer League matchup at Mitchel Athletic Complex.
Kickoff is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. ET, and the evening will feature the club’s highly anticipated Macron Night, highlighted by the debut of ASC New York’s new Legion Kit.
Fighting Tomcats Look to Bounce Back Against New Haven
ASC New York enters Saturday’s match seeking redemption after suffering a 3-0 road loss to New Haven United last weekend.
Despite the result, head coach John Fitzgerald believes his squad has plenty to build upon heading into the rematch.
“Though we had an unfavorable result against New Haven last weekend, we had many positive moments in the match,” Fitzgerald said. “The players have been switched on in training this week, and the coaches and I are confident heading into Saturday.”
ASC New York to Unveil New Macron-Designed Legion Kit
One of the night’s biggest attractions will be the official unveiling of the club’s new Legion Kit, designed and manufactured by global Italian sportswear company Macron.
“We’re proud to unveil the new Legion jersey in partnership with Macron, a brand recognized worldwide for its Italian design, quality, and commitment to the game,” said ASC New York Managing Partner and General Manager Jim Kilmeade.
The new kit reflects the club’s commitment to growth, identity, and professionalism as ASC New York continues to establish itself within the NPSL.

Jerry Marinan to Be Honored at Halftime
ASC New York will also honor the late Jerry Marinan during a halftime ceremony.
The club will present the inaugural American Soccer Club NY Community and Service Award to the Marinan family in recognition of his decades of contributions to youth soccer on Long Island.
Marinan served as President of the Levittown Soccer Club for 15 years and was inducted into the Long Island Junior Soccer League Hall of Fame.
Tickets Available for Home Matches and Cosmos Exhibition
Tickets for Saturday’s match and all remaining ASC New York home games are available through the club’s website.
In partnership with LifeVac, the Fighting Tomcats are also offering two complimentary tickets to youth soccer players ages 10 and under for all remaining home matches, including the club’s exhibition match against the New York Cosmoson June 24 at LaValle Stadium.
